Okay gonna rant: I am very displeased with the service given by the front desk staff of Innova...I was just checking up to what month did I pay my school fees and she couldn't figure it out, told me that she just take over the position and irritably reply " shouldn't you have record of this?" yes i do! but shouldn't you too!? I lost track isn't that why I was confirming with you in the first place? shouldn't payment records be 2 ways? You're new to the position then isn't this a learning opportunity why the fuck you give me attitude for? what?we students are not given the same respect? don't forget that i'm paying my school fees which is your paycheck too bitch! Anyways even if you're new to the position i'm sure you're not new to the concept of being polite and courteous? KNN...for your information i've filed a complain before and it resulted in a school front desk staff to be fired alright...CCB!
